Born and raised in Miami, FL, Gary is known and respected as one of the most knowledgeable and reliable expediting consultants in the industry. Gary has completed over 12,000 various types of permits in his 33 years in the expediting field - allowing clients to focus their efforts on what they do best and not worry about the permitting process. 

Gary started working with his father as a teenager who was a custom home builder and developer in South Florida where he quickly realized that the quicker the permits were obtained, the quicker a project could be set into motion​​​ which benefited everyone involved. 

He opened his own permit expediting business in 1986 and the practice has led him  around the country expediting permits for the past three decades.

Robert brings his seasoned business development and relationship building expertise to National Permit Company as our CRO. He started in the construction business in the early 1970’s, working with his grandfather and father in their construction business.

In the 80's, at the age of 25, Robert became the Director of Sales & Development for a 240 unit single-family home community in Palm Beach, Florida. Robert was involved in all facets of the business from design to development. After successfully completing the community, he was hired to oversee the build out a $200 million infrastructure for an upscale single-family home community in Central Florida.

For the past 25 years, Robert has been involved in the risk management side of insurance and development. He has built two workers' compensation settlement practices, focusing on workers' compensation and liability risk management strategies.

Robert's professional career has come full circle in joining National Permit Company, doing what he does best, developing and maintaining our business strategies and relationships with our clients.
